The Modesto City Schools, in order to plan and prepare for students matriculating into its schools for the 2023-2024 school year, is requesting access to pupil records from Norman N. Glick Middle School. This notice is made pursuant to Education Code sections 49068 and 49076. You have the right to receive a copy of the records and hearing to challenge the content of the records.

The Modesto City School will only use the records for legitimate educational purposes. If Modesty City Schools receives notice that your child will not be matriculating to a Modesto City Schools high school, it will promptly and securely destroy any and all of you student’s records within its possession.
