We’re so excited to celebrate Cheyanne Vaka, a 5th grade student at Capistrano Elementary, as this year’s Student Spotlight!
Cheyanne shows up each day with a strong sense of responsibility and care for those around her. She puts in the effort, stays focused, and is someone her classmates can count on. Her kindness and willingness to support others help create a welcoming, positive environment in her classroom and across campus.
Cheyanne’s growth is supported by the encouragement and care she receives both at school and at home. When students feel supported in multiple spaces, it can make a meaningful difference, and Cheyanne is a great example of that.
